 And Forbes agrees, according to their findings Philadelphia is the 4th best city in the country to purchase a home. People who work in Philadelphia, are also the folks who live in Philadelphia. Many major metropolitans can't boast about their working class citizens living in the city they work, because they simply can't afford the living expenses.  Philadelphia offers moderate homes for sale at reasonable costs. It is a thriving city that has gained popularity from New York investors and New York residents who have chosen Philly as their permanent residence. Being just 2hrs aways from NYC, 45 mins from Atlantic City and 3 hrs from D.C; Philadelphia is a very easily accessible and well connected city.
