Tulips%20in%20Fairmount%20Park.jpgSpring is almost here!  The time of year where most of us spring into action and declare to get things done. Because the first time home buyer's tax credit is coming to a hault on April 30th, it's time to spring faster into action.  Anyone looking to take advantage of the tax credit must be under contract by April 30th and settle by July 30, 2010. $8,000 or 10% of the purchase price whichever is lesser, will be granted to first time home buyers and $6,500 granted to current move-up home owners.

The Newman Report invented a unique way to see homes within Center City and it doesn’t involve a computer.

It's a high tech way of viewing homes, well not so high tech because you’d actually be visiting homes for sale along with other buyer’s just like yourself. “The Spring  into Summer Home Tour” is designed so that you can meet and collaborate with other buyer’s,  become more familiar with Philadelphia neighborhoods, see homes new on the market that have already been previewed and be consulted by your accompanying Realtor.

This is a walking tour. No cars needed!  Come after work or before school.  We will stick to within a 10 block radius depending on the neighborhood.  This is a wonderful opportunity to see new homes on the market, meet new people, learn, and why not get a bit of a workout while in the process?

Please sign up and view the schedule for which day and time is best suited for you.  Once you sign up, a more detailed schedule will be emailed to you based on your criteria. The schedule will let you know where we will meet and what homes we'll be going to see.

There is no cost to you what so ever.  “The Spring  into Summer Home Tour” will cover Northern Liberties, Rittenhouse Square, Fitler Square, Society Hill, Old City, Art Museum Area, Bella Vista, Queen Village, Old City, Society Hill, Washington Square, and Graduate Hospital.  We look forward to seeing you there.
